The challenge

Schools lacked a tool to work on emotional wellbeing continuously: no real tracking, no detection of at-risk situations and no activities adapted to each group's reality.

The solution

Teachers

  • In-person group activities adaptable with AI to each group's reality, covering key curriculum competences, sustainable development goals and emotional wellbeing
  • Wellbeing progress chart for each student and group, organised across eight domains: relationships, body, routine, classroom climate, emotions, hobbies, social causes and avoidant behaviours
  • Repository for adding local resources and support services
  • Alerts when students request help

Students

  • Individual virtual activities for emotional self-awareness and skill development
  • Individual challenges to reinforce wellbeing habits and skills
  • Longitudinal tracking with a personal calendar: mood, emotions felt, contexts and periodically self-reported events
  • Resources and support services for situations such as emotional distress, bullying or leisure time management
  • Private notifications with recommendations and a "Raise your hand" option to ask the teacher for help
  • Virtual wall to share personal progress with the whole class

Results

  • Ready for any school
  • Wellbeing tracking across 8 emotional domains per student and group
  • Faster detection of at-risk situations thanks to automatic alerts
  • Gender perspective and children's rights built into the entire programme

The challenge

To develop a digital platform for managing physical fairs and events, as well as hosting and managing virtual fairs and events. With the need for different spaces and registrations for Organizers, Exhibitors, and Visitors.

The solution

Single platform: We designed a single platform capable of managing both in-person and virtual fairs and events.

Different roles: The platform features different roles (Organizers, Exhibitors, and Visitors) with distinct permissions and functionalities, providing separate registrations and spaces for each.

Intuitive navigation: The platform is designed and built to facilitate the connection between Exhibitors and Visitors, allowing visitors to find the information they want in just 2 clicks thanks to its easy and intuitive navigation.

Management system: The platform also includes a powerful information and user management system for Organizers, enabling them to monitor everything happening on the website and energize the fair at all times.

Access control: It also incorporates a user validation and venue access control system using QR codes.

Results

  • Over 50 fairs managed with the platform
  • Presence across Spain and international fairs
  • Ease of management
  • Process standardization

Living project — The work with Twotimes is ongoing, incorporating improvements and adapting the platform to new realities and needs that arise with each fair and each client. In addition to supporting the transition to new technologies.

El Mundo de Etna — Gamified 360 Interactive Experience

Interactive 360° experience for adolescent emotional wellbeing: 5 thematic axes across 33 360 spaces with gamified challenges. EU-funded.

El Mundo de Etna

The challenge

Create an educational tool that would captivate teenagers accustomed to constant digital stimuli, moving beyond traditional workshop or presentation formats. The programme, driven by the PDS association (ABD Group), needed an immersive, gamified experience to promote emotional wellbeing among 12–16-year-olds.

The solution

Five thematic axes structuring 33 interactive 360 spaces, where students accompany the main character, Etna, through key areas of her daily life:

  • Etna's home — self-knowledge, self-esteem, identity and boundaries
  • Sports centre — emotional management, empathy, assertive communication
  • Youth space — peer pressure, conflict resolution, decision-making
  • School — violence, school bullying, cyberbullying
  • Park — social influence, normative beliefs, risk behaviour prevention

Each 360 space recreates real scenes with multiple screens, interactive elements, mini-games and unlockable challenges. Beyond the featured capsules, the entire application is packed with animations, visual games, interactions and surprise elements that keep attention constant.

Featured game capsules

As students explore the experience, they encounter mini-game capsules integrated into the environments. Three examples:

  • Tàctica emocional — Educational mini-game where players select two primary emotions to create secondary ones. Works on emotional vocabulary and understanding how complex feelings are built.
  • Impossible Game — Interactive happening where you never win: the goal is to shoot a basketball into a hoop, but the hoop is slightly smaller than the ball. Generates controlled frustration to reflect on expectations and pressure.
  • En un latido — Video-based game where questions appear about what the character is feeling. Students must select the correct answers before the scene moves on, working on empathy and emotional reading.

Two access modes

The full experience follows a narrative where students progressively acquire skills and unlock content, with session memory to pick up where they left off. The entire El Mundo de Etna has a story centred on the daily life of Etna, the main character, with a plot, a beginning and an end.

But not everyone needs to follow the narrative. That's why a freestyle access was designed: an index-style gallery where teachers can jump directly to any 360 space or specific activity, bypassing the story. Ideal for classroom sessions focused on a particular topic or mini-game outside the narrative thread.

Results

  • Deployed across multiple autonomous communities with European Union funding (Next Generation)
  • 5 thematic axes with 33 interactive 360 spaces and over 30 mini-challenges
  • Complementary virtual reality videos to experience bullying and peer pressure situations first-hand

Real impact — 33 interactive 360 spaces organised into 5 thematic axes, with over 30 mini-challenges and game mechanics, designed around socio-cognitive models and actively used in schools across multiple autonomous communities.

Public tenders by email

Custom tool that daily scans institutional tender websites across Spain and delivers relevant opportunities by email every morning, filtered and clean.

Public tenders to your inbox

The challenge

A client in the trade fair sector needed to stay on top of relevant public tenders. Finding them manually was unfeasible: data scattered across dozens of institutional websites, limited search engines and information often outdated or miscategorised.

The solution

An automatic tool that every morning sends by email the tenders matching the client's criteria — filtered by keywords, deduplicated and with clean data.

The tool runs a complete daily cycle:

  1. Collection — Scans multiple institutional websites (provincial councils, city councils, public procurement platforms)
  2. Filtering — Searches by configurable keywords with exclusion options to eliminate noise
  3. Cleaning — Removes duplicates, human errors and miscategorised data
  4. Delivery — Sends a consolidated email with tenders matching the criteria

Results

  • Relevant tenders in the inbox every morning, without visiting a single website
  • Configurable keyword filtering with exclusions to eliminate noise
  • Always up-to-date data from multiple institutional sources

Real efficiency — What previously required hours of manual searching across dozens of websites now arrives filtered and clean in the inbox every morning.

Tu Punto

Interactive virtual exhibition on addiction prevention for university students. 11 rooms with mini-games, challenges and gamified storytelling on a 360° base. Growing every year.

Tu Punto

The challenge

The PDS association needed a digital tool for addiction prevention aimed at university students — an audience hard to engage with conventional formats like talks or leaflets. They needed an experience that would generate real interaction, not passive information consumption.

The solution

An interactive virtual exhibition built on a 360° base with a game-like structure. 11 themed rooms where each space addresses a type of addictive behaviour — alcohol, cannabis, cocaine, tobacco, gambling, screens — through mini-games, interactive challenges and audiovisual content.

The exhibition is not static: it grows every year or two with new rooms and updated content, adapting to new consumption realities among young university students. Every corner hides game mechanics, visual transitions and interactive details that turn navigation into a fully immersive experience from start to finish.

Featured game capsules

  • Cuánto sabes de las drogas? — Interactive Trivial-style card quiz on drug and addiction knowledge.
  • Cuánta vida inviertes jugando — Timed challenge where players must find classic video game characters within a 360° environment while the system displays positive and negative facts about gaming.
  • Drink-driving simulator — Happening that simulates alcohol effects: follow the steps of fastening seatbelt, checking mirrors, starting the car… with increasing intake that distorts the image and movements.
  • Cocktails — Two mini-games: a board to create alcohol-free cocktails with 3 ingredients, and a bar menu where each drink adds alcohol level. Drink too much and the system warns you, then simulates intoxication within the 360°.

Results

  • 11 interactive rooms with dozens of mini-games and challenges on addictive behaviours
  • Active programme for 15 editions, with 64 affiliated universities across Spain
  • Funded by the Ministry of Health (National Drug Plan) and the Spanish Government's Recovery Plan
  • Living platform that continues growing with new content periodically

Sustained impact — A tool that doesn't expire: 15 editions, 64 universities and an exhibition that grows every year with new challenges and content adapted to today's reality.

Error alerts via Telegram

Monitoring system that detects errors and anomalies in e-commerce processes and sends real-time alerts via Telegram, enabling action before the customer even notices.

Error alerts via Telegram

The challenge

An e-commerce company needed to detect errors in their purchasing, stock and shipping processes before customers noticed. Incident reports arrived late, often when the problem had already affected sales or user experience.

The solution

A monitoring system that watches critical business processes in real time and sends instant alerts via Telegram when it detects errors, anomalies or unexpected behaviour.

Each alert includes:

  • What failed — clear description of the detected error
  • Where — exact process and point where it occurred
  • When — precise timestamp
  • Severity — priority classification to know whether immediate action is needed

Results

  • Error detection in seconds, not hours or days
  • The team receives alerts on their phones, no need to be at a computer
  • Drastic reduction in incident response time
  • Consolidated reports to identify recurring patterns

Real reaction time — Going from discovering errors when a customer complains to detecting them the moment they happen. The difference between losing a sale and saving it.

We build web applications that solve real needs. E-commerce, management systems, platforms, dashboards. Every project is architected from scratch, without templates.
